Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within two business days.
Orders received by 2:00 pm PST each business day will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible because we are just as excited to send your custom power bank as much as you are to receive it.
Order fulfillment times may be affected due to unusually high-demand, inventory availability, the COVID-19 pandemic, alien invasions, and other circumstances beyond our control, in which case, we will notify you of any delays by e-mail.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We currently cannot ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive shipping confirmation when the carrier picks-up your product for delivery.
Customs, duties, and taxes
GMI, LLC, the purveyor of +[iCharge-it!]- power bank products, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
GMI, LLC, the purveyor of +[iCharge-it!]- power bank products, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping to North America only.
Returns Policy
Defective product may be returned for inspection within the 30 day warranty period. We will assess the issue and, if found to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. To begin this process, please send an e-mail to sales@icharge-it.com, and we will issue you an RMA number and address to return the product. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage and, if we confirm the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product and pay for the shipping. Please allow up to 30 days to assess the failure and to receive a replacement.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging and include your purchase receipt.
