A: In general, you should be able to charge your phone between one and two times.

A: We use premium components and created a design made by good people with many years of industry experience.

 

Q:  What if it fails?

A: As long as it’s within the 30 day warranty period and the unit was not abused or improperly handled (like dropped on a hard surface or in water), we will send you a replacement.

Q: How many times can I charge the -[iCharge-it]+ Power bank?

A: Over 500 times.

 

Q: Can you use the USB charger block to charge the power bank?

A: Yes, as long as it accepts a standard USB plug.

 

Q: Is the -[iCharge-it]+ Power bank safe?

A: Safety is paramount to all our products. The -[iCharge-it]+ Power bank uses premium components and is compliant with the required certifications and undergoes 100% testing before assembly and then again afterward.

 

Q: How long will the -[iCharge-it!]+ Power bank last before it needs to be replaced?

A:  That depends on how often you use and charge it. Everyone at the company has at least one if not two or three. They’re stashed everywhere…in cars & trucks, desks, backpacks and pockets. Mine is well over two years and still works great.

 

Q: What the warranty on the -[iCharge-it]+ Power bank?

A:  30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Q:  How do I take care of my -[iCharge-it]+ Power bank?

A:  Charge and use it regularly.  Don’t let it get wet or drop it, play air hockey with it or attempt to charge it with any other source other than a standard USB charger.
